Successful Succession

Session overview:

How do you prepare for and establish a succession plan for your business?

After spending years building a financial advisory practice and business, it’s hard to have to think about its succession. Planning for a day when you are no longer an integral part of a business that you built, nurtured, and grew is hard, especially when you are still at the centre of its current growth and operations.

In the same way advisers coach clients to think ahead and plan for the future, so too advisers need to consider what happens to their business, its clients and its staff when they are no longer a part of the business. As with investing, time is one of the most powerful variables, and has a huge influence on your ability to plan for the future and reach your goals as a business owner and adviser.

When setting out on the journey of succession planning, there are many puzzle pieces to consider. In this session, industry peers will share their insights regarding their experience when it comes to succession planning.

What will you learn in this webinar?

  • How future-proof is your advice business?
  • How to grow, retain and nurture talent in your practice to keep your business legacy alive and build for the future
